Data Retention and Deletion Policy
This policy describes how StateClaimAI retains and deletes account data, uploaded materials, and generated claim-report records.
1. Account Data
Account records are retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure when needed for security, billing, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax, or legal obligations.
2. Report History
Generated report records are retained in cloud history so users and authorized team members can review and export prior reports. Users may request deletion of specific reports.
3. Uploaded Materials
Uploaded beta materials are stored with the generated report record. Users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information. Materials associated with a deleted report are deleted from active storage when the deletion request is processed.
4. Billing and Webhook Records
Payment, entitlement, webhook, and subscription metadata may be retained as needed to manage access, resolve payment issues, prevent abuse, and meet financial recordkeeping obligations.
5. Security Logs
Operational and security logs may be retained to diagnose failures, protect accounts, detect abuse, and maintain service reliability.
6. Deletion Requests
To request deletion, email [email protected] from the account email. Include whether you want a specific report deleted, team data reviewed, or the full account closed.
7. Backups
Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited period until backup rotation completes. Backup copies are not used for active service delivery unless restoration is required for security or disaster recovery.
