Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification protects report history, password resets, and paid plan access.
Why did my report fail to generate?
Common causes include an unverified email, exhausted quota, unsupported files, very large uploads, or too little factual source material.
When does a paid plan unlock?
Plans usually unlock after checkout and webhook confirmation. Refresh Plan from the workspace if the page does not update immediately.
Can I submit generated reports directly?
No. Generated reports are for reference and must be independently reviewed by the user before any submission or filing.
How do I delete data?
Use the support form and choose Data deletion. Include the account email and whether the request applies to a specific report or the whole account.
