We use information to provide the report-generation workflow, maintain accounts, enforce quotas, process plan entitlements, send verification and password-reset emails, store report history, improve reliability, and protect the service.

Claim materials may contain personal or sensitive information. Users should upload only materials they are authorized to process and should remove unnecessary personal, medical, financial, or highly sensitive details whenever possible.

We use infrastructure, email, payment, storage, and automated processing providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by a payment provider. StateClaimAI does not store full card numbers. We store plan, subscription, customer, transaction, and entitlement metadata needed to operate billing and access control.

Report records, uploaded beta materials, account data, and billing metadata are retained as described in the Data Retention Policy unless deletion is requested or retention is required for security, legal, tax, dispute, or operational reasons.

We use access controls, server-side storage separation, HTTPS, password hashing, and limited credential access. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
