- Claim-report inputs you submit, including notes, selected state, claim type, insurer template, claim number, policy number, and uploaded beta materials.
- Generated report records, export metadata, usage counts, and plan entitlement records.
- Operational data, such as timestamps, session records, error logs, webhook events, and security logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the report-generation workflow, maintain accounts, enforce quotas, process plan entitlements, send verification and password-reset emails, store report history, improve reliability, and protect the service.
3. Claim Materials and Sensitive Data
Claim materials may contain personal or sensitive information. Users should upload only materials they are authorized to process and should remove unnecessary personal, medical, financial, or highly sensitive details whenever possible.
4. Service Providers
We use infrastructure, email, payment, storage, and automated processing providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by a payment provider. StateClaimAI does not store full card numbers. We store plan, subscription, customer, transaction, and entitlement metadata needed to operate billing and access control.
6. Retention
Report records, uploaded beta materials, account data, and billing metadata are retained as described in the Data Retention Policy unless deletion is requested or retention is required for security, legal, tax, dispute, or operational reasons.
7. Security
We use access controls, server-side storage separation, HTTPS, password hashing, and limited credential access. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your Choices
You may request account deletion, report deletion, or data access by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before processing requests.
