StateClaimAI is a technical writing assistant for generating claim-report drafts from user-provided materials. It does not provide legal, insurance, claim decision, liability, coverage, fraud, repair, settlement, or payment advice.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every generated report before using, exporting, filing, or submitting it. You are responsible for complying with applicable insurance regulations, employer requirements, client instructions, and professional standards.
3. No Insurance or Legal Relationship
StateClaimAI is not an insurer, claims administrator, adjusting firm, law firm, broker, public adjuster, or claim decision maker. Use of the service does not create an attorney-client, insurer-insured, adjuster-client, or advisory relationship.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
- Do not use the service to make or automate claim decisions.
- Do not submit generated content without independent review.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
5. User Materials
You represent that you have the right to upload the materials you provide. You should remove unnecessary personal, medical, financial, or sensitive information before upload whenever possible.
6. Accounts and Plans
You are responsible for maintaining account security. Paid plans, report credits, subscriptions, and team seats are governed by the pricing displayed at checkout and by the Refund Policy.
7. Availability and Changes
The service may change, pause, or discontinue features during beta and production operation. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Generated reports may contain errors, omissions, or wording that is not suitable for a specific claim, carrier, state, employer, or filing workflow.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StateClaimAI is not liable for claim outcomes, submission results, coverage decisions, payment decisions, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of generated content.
