Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to StateClaimAI.com report credits, packs, subscriptions, and team plans purchased through Paddle.

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for StateClaimAI.com are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record and reseller. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, invoicing, and refund processing for purchases made through checkout.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date or subscription renewal date.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. StateClaimAI.com does not add additional refund restrictions, usage exceptions, or a shorter refund window to Paddle's refund policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Paddle buyer support or email [email protected] with the account email, order email, and approximate purchase date. Do not include full card numbers.

5. Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Bank, card, or payment-provider processing times may vary.
