Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to StateClaimAI report credits, packs, subscriptions, and team plans.
1. Beta Fair-Use Refund Window
During private beta, refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of purchase if the plan was not substantially used and the request is sent to [email protected].
2. Report Credits and Packs
Used report credits are not refundable. Unused credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility during the beta refund window.
3. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled to stop future renewal. Partial-month refunds are not guaranteed and may be reviewed case by case during beta.
4. Team Plans
Team plan refunds may be limited when multiple seats, shared history, or report generation has been used.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you believe a payment failed, duplicated, or did not bind to your account, contact support with the account email and approximate payment time. Do not include full card numbers.
6. No Outcome-Based Refunds
Refunds are not provided based on claim outcomes, insurer acceptance, coverage decisions, liability findings, payment decisions, or user submission results.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method when available. Bank or card processing times may vary.
